PHOTOS: Here’s How Ghana’s U.S Ambassador Showed Up At The 49th Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Gala

Ghana’s ambassador to the U.S, H.E. Dr Barfuor Adjei-Barwuah, was at the 49th Congressional Black Caucus Foundation Gala in Washington DC.

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation, is a nonprofit nonpartisan public policy, research and educational institute that seeks to advance the global black community.

At the Gala, the ambassador engaged Representative Karen Bass and Representative Sheila Jackson Lee of CBC.

He also engaged high profile political personalities and presidential aspirants Senator Elizabeth Warren and Senator Pete Buttigieg.

The theme of this year’s Gala was 400 Years: Our Legacy and Our Possibilities.

The Congressional Black Caucus Foundation envisions a world in which all communities have an equal voice in public policy through leadership cultivation, economic empowerment, and civic engagement.

The Foundation seeks to advance the global black community by developing leaders, informing policy and educating the public. We bring together subject experts, industry leaders, elected officials, students and concerned citizens to engage in meaningful dialogue and incite positive change.
