Unbelievable Cos we think the track is fire!!! It’s got that same vibe in “Fever” and sounds like something Burna Boy will hop on. It’s afrobeat but it’s more indigenous with a drum and trumpet interlude that killed us!!
The song is already in the iTunes Charts and all the negativity reminds us of songs his fans said would be his downfall.
‘Fever’
Fever was called trash the minute it dropped and it was the fact that he released it with a video that had Tiwa Savage as his video vixen that made the song go viral. People thought it was trash but… weeks later, we all went mad singing “ouuuu star boy dey for youuuuu”
‘Soco’
Yeahhh people thought the lyrics were just trash but lol y’all know a party isn’t lit without Wizkid’s voice doing “soco soco” for awhile.
Daddy Yo
Our Efya was on this and the song was called trash multiple times. We thought the lines and everything about it were just weak but…guess who starts singing “Wizzy boyyy make me dance, Daddy yooo make me dance!” before the beat even drops? Lol
We just like to hate and we know that in time, all of you haters will be jamming to this song and calling him genius like you never ever said it was trash!
