Benjamin Azamati- Kwaku a marine science student and a resident of Mensah Sarbah as well as a proud Okpomate has been the talk of the week as he may be the fastest Ghanaian.
He swept all the medals in the 100 meters race and 100x 4 heat from inter hall athletics to the West African University Games( WAUG) which was held in Port Harcourt in Nigeria and then to The Mini Ghana University Sports Association (GUSA)
Today, he presented the trophy to the Vice-Chancellor with the okpomates as his hype-men

He won the interhalls last year in the 100m. He helped Sarbah win the 4x100m during the inter halls. He placed 4 position in the WAUG in Nigeria but won the 100m race at University games in Egypt early this year. He also won the 100m race organized by the GAA at the Legon stops stadium early this year. Travelled to Italy about a month ago and competed in the 100m. Even though the competition was tough he managed a personal best of 10.32 secs in the semifinals. He joined team Ghana to Rabat Morocco and help with the 4x100m running the 2nd leg. With all the experiencs from all the races he is now the fastest man in Ghana.
