Celebrities All Around Remember Peter Linderbergh In A Touching Way

As the fashion industry gathers for the start of New York Fashion Week, it’s coming to terms with the passing of the acclaimed German photographer and de facto fashion iconographer Peter Lindbergh, who died Tuesday at the age of 74. The Royal Family, Celebrities, Fashion Icon and Fashion brands pay tribute to the Late Peter Lindbergh.

Honouring the life and work of photographer Peter Lindbergh. His work is revered globally for capturing the essence of a subject and promoting healthy ideals of beauty, eschewing photoshopping, and preferring natural beauty with minimal makeup. The Duchess of Sussex had worked with Peter in the past and personally chose him to shoot the 15 women on the cover for the September issue of British Vogue, which she guest edited. There is no other photographer she considered to bring this meaningful project to life. • “Forces for Change” was the one of the esteemed photographer’s final published projects. Peter Lindbergh has died at the age of 74. The prolific German photographer had a long history with British Vogue, and, most recently, captured 15 cover stars for the September 2019 Forces For Change issue, which was guest edited by HRH The Duchess of Sussex. British Vogue Editor-in-Chief Edward Enninful said: “Peter Lindbergh was both a visionary photographer and a dear friend. His ability to see real beauty in people, and the world, was ceaseless, and will live on through the images he created. He will be missed by everyone who knew him, worked with him or loved one of his pictures.”

I was early in my first pregnancy and nobody knew yet. #PeterLindbergh was so generous and warm and made me feel comfortable even when I felt like I was going to be sick but couldn’t tell anyone why. A true loss for the artistic community. A kind and great artist @therealpeterlindbergh
