How many times do we have to say this?

Everyone loves good music and last week, some of our favourites dropped something for us to enjoy!!

E.L and A.I – The Linkop

Everything we need to say about this piece of work, we already did here: E.L And A.I Finally Dropped Their Joint Album And It’s Exactly What You’d Expect From Two Extreme Talents Linking Up To Create Magic

Darkovibes – Different

Darkovibes is a national treasure. He did something special on this one and in as much as the chorus sounds very much like a highlife song Daasebre Dwamena may sing, the song is also a huge afrobeat vibe without the need to break into a zanku, please. Also, ladies, this is the perfect self-empowering song to make you feel extra special!

Sarkodie – Do You

Again, Sarkodie is back with another banger. He featured Mr Eazi on this one and we heard that sample from the same-titled Ne-Yo song from 2007 y’all! The nostalgia is hitting us hard right now!

Joe Boy – Beginning

We first met Joe Boy after he got accepted as one of the winners for Mr Eazi’s Empawa Challenge. He gave us ‘Baby’, and we knew that Mr Eazi made a great choice!! His second single which he dropped last week is even more proof that he is really good! This amazing afrobeat song is just as dope as his first single and we know it’s going to be a hit!!

Odunsi The Engine – Wetin Dey/Better Days

Odunsi is one of the artistes pushing and excelling at alternative music in Nigeria and we know everything he drops is a vibe! What makes this song even more exciting is the fact that he sampled a classic from Naija that we also knew and loved here in Ghana…Ruff Rugged and Raw’s ‘Wetin Dey (Omukeke)’. Better Days is his usual style and features WANI and he put both songs in a single video…cool huh?!

Plenty of new music to add to your playlist huh???
