It’s been an incredible year for Blitz the Ambassador’s movie, The Burial of Kojo.
The film has been enjoying a lot of great reviews on a number of international online portals.
The Burial Of Kojo has been listed among Rotten Tomatoes’ top 20 Most Daring Films of 2019 so far, and it had a 100% rating!
This is not the first time the movie is getting listed among 2019’s best movies so far.
The movie, earlier this year, was listed in the New Yorker’s Best Movies of 2019 so far. Just last week, it was also listed in the Esquire’s Best Movies of 2019 so far.

The Burial of Kojo has had a lot of international recognition since it was released in 2018.
It won the Grand Prize for Best Narrative Feature at the Luxor African Film Festival in Egypt.
The Burial of Kojo is also the first Ghanaian movie to be premiered on the popular movie streaming site Netflix. It started premiering on Netflix on 31st March 2019.
The movie was first premiered in August 2018 at the AMC Empire Theatre in Times Square, New York City, as part of the Urban World Film Festival presented by HBO.
The Burial of Kojo was co-produced by actress Ama K Abebrese and Kwaku Obeng Boateng.
