Everything That Happened On Day 3 Of The African Youth And Governance Convergence

The AYGC has together with the youth, experts in academia, government officials and public servants to analyze policy documents and deliberate on issues affecting the continent.

On the 3rd day of the event, this is what happened;

There was a team building session and some delegates were made to say share their experience so far at the event.

There was a Plenary Session Panel Discussion!

Our panellists were Hon Tony Ince, Hon Caleb Amisi, Hon Stanley Kakubo, Madam Jessica, Dr Rev. Anthony Cudjoe and Angele Biao and they talked about: “Nurturing Strong Inter-Generational Systems to Build Africa Beyond Aid”
– Political space in terms of participation and representation;

– Succession Planning in the world of Corporate and public service;
– What does connecting to Africa means?

 

After the Plenary sessions, delegates were put into groups for a Committee Brainstorming session!

 

Later in the evening, there was a Welcome Reception, Conferment & Recognition Ceremony which was attended by H. E. Chief Olusegun Obasanjo (Former President Of Nigeria), Hon Tony Ince, Africa Nova Scotia Affairs, Canada 🇨🇦, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, Hon Caleb Amisi and others.
