If you can’t check your admission status because you lost the UG Serial Pin you were given when you applied to the University, don’t worry, all is not lost!
Here are the steps to follow to get your admission letter without the Serial Pin.
1. When the admission list is released, search for your name directly.
2. If you find your name on the admission list, go immediately to the University of Ghana and ask for the ICT directorate.
(It’s in the UGCS building, close to the Balme Library and behind the new Economics Department Auditorium)
3. When you get there tell them that your name is on the list but you have lost your serial number and pin code.
4. They will help you print out your admission letter.
It’s as easy as that. Just look sharp and go get it.
