The GNPC Foundation, under its Education & Training module, has announced that it is accepting applications from suitable Ghanaian students looking to pursue Undergraduate, Masters or PHD programs in local public universities and in selected fields of study.
For postgraduate applicants, your deadline is 30th August 2019 while the deadline for undergraduate students is 13th September 2019.
The scholarship offers an opportunity to prospective students who have attained admission to any of Ghana’s public tertiary institutions at the time of application to study in any of the following fields: Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics (STEM), and Special Needs Education.
The opportunity is also opened to students looking to pursue programs in Bachelor of Education (B. Ed).
Postgraduate Applicants must have completed National Service.
To apply, prospective applicants must complete and submit the application online via www.gnpcghana.com by clicking on the GNPC Foundation Scholarship link to begin the process.
The Ghana National Petroleum Corporation (GNPC) offers yearly scholarships to Ghanaian students and is aimed at contributing to the development of critical knowledge in STEM and other key fields of study necessary for Ghana’s growth.
Like last year’s, this window is expected to attract many applicants who would be subjected to processes that ensure that only deserving ones are awarded scholarships.
The GNPC Foundation looks beyond offering scholarships into following up on Awardee’s progress throughout the span of their studies to ensuring that the intervention yields the best outcomes in students.

Please i am a L200 biochemistry student in UDS and i applied for the gnpc scholarship but when the list came , it was only L100s who had the scholarship. My question is, is it only first years who are eligible for the scholarship or the list of continuous students is yet to be out?
