
Former NBA player, Pops Mensah-Bonsu is set to headline a two-day basketball camp in Accra, Ghana.
The event dubbed “Pops Mensah-Bonsu Camp” is due to take place on Sunday, August 18 and Monday, August 19 at the International Central Gospel Church Court.
The camp is open to young girls and boys between the ages 12 and 18 and registration is free!

On Sunday, August 18, 2019, the camp will start from 1:30 PM – 5:00 PM and on Monday, August 19, 2019, it will start from 9:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
This is set to be Mensah-Bonsu’s latest presence at a basketball camp in Ghana after making similar moves at NBA’s Basketball Without Borders Camp alongside the likes of Serge Ibaka and Luol Deng.
Mensah-Bonsu is a Ghanaian former professional basketball player born in England who played for Toronto Raptors, San Antonio Spurs, New Orleans Pelican and the Houston Rockets in the NBA.
He is currently the General Manager of the Capital City Go-Go in the NBA Gatorade League (a development league) and is the affiliate team of the NBA’s Washington Wizards in the development league.
