Atlético Madrid & AS Roma: Two European Clubs Who Are Using Their Social Media Accounts To Push The ‘Ghana Agenda’

It’s now agenda the world to Ghana, chale!

We are really impacting the world in our own little way. When it comes to football most people in the Western world know us because of the amazing things Ghana’s male national football team, the Black Stars did in the 2006 and 2010 World Cups.

However, let’s not forget that we’ve had… and yeah, we still have some great Ghanaian footballers who have done and are still doing amazing in things in the world of football.

The likes of Michael Essien, Abedi Pele, Tony Baffour, Stephen Appiah are some of the great football ambassadors we have; Thomas Partey, Jordan Ayew and other young players are also working hard to attain the level of the legends mentioned earlier.

But aside from all these, there are other stuff we are doing as Ghanaians that is gaining recognition by some big European football clubs.

So, yesterday, Ghana Twitter went gaga after the French Twitter handle of Spanish football club, Atletico Madrid posted a photo with the caption, “Sco Pa Tu Manaa.”

Captured in the photo were the likes of Joao Felix, Diego Costa, and Thomas Lemar…And for those of you who don’t know, Ghanaian Midfielder, Thomas Partey plays for this club.

Another football club that posted something Ghana related this week is the Italian club, AS Roma. So, the English Twitter handle of AS Roma posted a video of a ‘troski’ that had all of its seats branded with the badge and colours AS Roma.

Yeah, we are making it! Trust the process…
