Thinking Of Getting KNUST Forms? Here’s What You Should Know


If you are planning on furthering your education; tertiary wise and you are considering Kwame Nkrumah University of Science & Technology, then here are a few pointers to consider;

Firstly, if you have not bought your KNUST online application E-voucher yet don’t worry because you have up till July 31, 2019, to do so.

E-vouchers are available for purchase at all Ghana post Regional and designated offices and it goes for GHS 200.

The E-voucher is a piece of paper that has a login and PIN number printed on it, these will be required to log in on the university’s website at to start your application process online.

Next, you are required to print and submit two (2) copies of the online application form and other relevant documents i.e. Birth certificate and/or certified true copies of your results slips and/or certificates (if you are not awaiting your results) and one passport size photograph on a light green background (if you are not too sure of the background colour just tell the photographer you are taking the passport picture for a KNUST application, he will pick the correct colour) which must be endorsed.

Upon completion of your application form, it should be submitted by post through either EMS/DHL/UPS/FEDEX to

Any hand delivered application shall not be considered.

  1. I don’t have birth certificate… But I have the Ghana identity card..can I use that to apply and won’t it affect me??
