It is one of the greatest movies ever and once it was announced that there was going to be a remake of the loved show, we went nuts.

The cast lineup is impressive. Beyonce as Nala y’all??!!!! And so far, the trailers have been nothing short of amazing!

Lion King was dope mostly because of the music in it and the same songs we saw and loved will be featured in the new Lion King tracklist which will be dropped on July 11th.

These are the things what we noticed from the tracklist aside from the fact that all the songs from the original movie will be featured in the new Lion King remake.

Okay now, Y’all know Elton John right? The legendary singer from back in the day? Well, he wrote some of the songs o the original Lion King movie (“I Just Can’t Wait to Be King,” “Circle of Life,” and “Can You Feel the Love Tonight”) and now, guess what? he has co-written a new song for the new movie!!

Dope huh?

Also, there’s a ghost track!

Yhup, they listed all 9 of the tracks but Track 14 only has TBA next to it! TBA…’To Be Announced.’  We don’t know why that has been kept secret but…this makes it even more exciting, looking forward to what it could be?!

Our secret service senses tell us that this secret track is probably going to be the one written by Beyonce. Apparently, Beyonce wrote and performed a song, in the spirit of the production of the movie and well…since we don’t see that solo song in the tracklist, it’s probably that TBA song!

Pharrell Williams produced three songs “Can You Feel the Love Tonight?” (which will be performed by Beyonce and Donald Glover), “I Just Can’t Wait to Be King,” and “Hakuna Matata” so we know the songs will definitely not sound exactly the same as the original soundtrack from the 1994 Lion King.

Here’s the tracklist:
