It’s getting heated at the 2019 National Science And Maths Quiz – these geniuses didn’t come to play…chai
During the second contest of day two of the #NSMQ2019, A-list high school, St. Augustine’s College was among the schools battling it out for a seat in the one-eighth stage of the competition.
They were drawn against Bolgantanga SHS and Walewale SHS.
However, the two northern schools were no match for their southern counterpart.
At the end of their contest, St. Augustine’s College had secured 76 points meanwhile, second-placed Bolgatanga SHS had 22 points and Walewale SHS followed closely with 18 points.
That’s a gap of 54 points… which is even more than the points most of the other schools had secured to progress to the next stage of the competition.
In the other simultaneously held contest, Kumasi High School won it be securing 40 points, while Navrongo SHS and Toase SHS had 29 and 24 points, respectively.
