WWE Champion, Kofi Kingston was at the Jubilee House yesterday to meet President Nana Akufo-Addo as part of the activities he’s to undertake while in Ghana for four days.
Kofi Kingston arrived in Ghana yesterday for his first-time visit since 1993.
The WWE Champion considered the Year of Return as a unique opportunity for him to make a historic visit to his homeland, Ghana at the height of his wrestling career.
Kofi Kingston described the meeting with the president as “a tremendous honour.”

Other Activities he will undertake while in Ghana:
Kofi Kingston will also visit the Manhyia Palace to pay homage to the Asantehene, Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.
Other activities which Kofi will undertake include a Children’s Rally, a visit to Tourist Sites and places like the Lake Bosomtwe, the Christianborg Castle, Bonwire and Ntonso, a visit to the Mother and Baby Unit at the Okomfo Anokye Teaching Hospital and He will also visit Ejisu and Atwiwma Techiman which are his parental and maternal hometowns respectively.
Kofi Kingston’s four-day visit to Ghana will end on Sunday, 2nd June 2019.
