Students of Ashesi University keep making great impacts in Ghana and beyond.
Instead of waiting for the government to do everything with regards to providing basic social amenities, some students of the University are contributing to the growth of the nation in their own small way.
The engineering students of Ashesi in partnership with Theovision, an NGO, have provided power (electricity) for Eskubi, a remote village in the Eastern Region of Ghana.
The students and the NGO achieved this by building a solar power station in the village.
