Sarkodie Goes On A Tweeting Spree About Shatta Wale And Ghana’s Place In The World Of Music

Sarkodie, Shatta Wale

It’s common knowledge that Shatta Wale doesn’t waste time to move to people on his social media pages.

He’s dissed media houses, Charter House and his colleagues. Samini, Stonebwoy, Yaa Pono and Sarkodie are some of the people Shatta Wale has had a beef with in the past.

His beef with Sarkodie went on for days and it resulted in Sakordie releasing his famous “Advice” rap freestyle.

In the past, Sarkodie himself has had beef with Manifest. The two have always been pitched against each other since they came mainstream.

However, never has Sarkodie and M.anifest’s beef become as violent as that between Shatta Wale and Stonebwoy.

Today, Sarkodie took to Twitter to drop some keys on what he thinks Ghanaian musicians must focus on.

According to Sarkodie, Ghanaian musicians must focus on the international scene and that they shouldn’t be distracted from the main goal.

“My countless conversations have been about the bigger picture … you don’t need to like me I don’t either but we can’t miss the bigger picture,” Sarkodie said in one of the tweets.

“My brother SHATTA-WALE can get me mad ( cos I’m human ) and I have every right to… same as him but I will never ever Let that take away how dope this brother is in my eyes … and he knows that for sure!,” he said in another tweet.

See below for Sarkodie’s tweets making a case for Ghanaian musicians to focus on global dominance instead of unnecessary fights.

Sarkodie is releasing major keys today.
