Vodafone Says It Remains Committed To The Music Industry Despite The VGMA20 Brawl

Vodafone has stated that it remains committed to Ghana’s music industry regardless of the scuffle that happened on stage during #VGMA20.

The telecommunications brand said this in a press statement.

In the statement, they acknowledged that a large number of players in the industry do not subscribe to such conduct.

“Vodafone, as a responsible organisation, is against all acts of violence and such conduct, no matter the circumstances,” they said.

Vodafone also added that it will support any review process of the incident to ensure that their commitment to recognise and celebrate achievement and success in the music industry is not compromised.

“For now, our passion for music and for the industry remains solid. We look forward to an exciting future for the industry.”

Stonebwoy has also issued an apology for his actions at #VGMA20. According to him, he is working together with his team to make sure such actions don’t recur.
