Last night, rapper, Medikal ended his Vodafone Ghana Awards drought by taking home not one but two prestigious awards.
Medikal won the Rapper of the year and Hiplife/ hip-hop artiste of the year categories.
Now, for someone who was massively trolled last year for failing to win even one out of his more than five nominations, Medikal finally taking home two VGMAs is a really big deal.
Look, even Sarkodie won just one award (artiste of the decade) yesterday.

Now, instead of this Medikal fan quietly celebrating the win of his music star, this Twitter user just had to drag Sister Deborah into the whole thing.
He sent a tweet saying that Medikal failed to win a VGMA when he was dating Sister Deborah, however, it seems Fella Makafui is Medikal’s good luck charm.
