Speaking to EIJ-Election zone, the electoral commissioner, Mr Isaac Nana Adu said this is the first time such a decision has been taken.
He said this is to reduce the needless anxiety aspirants endure yearly as they are left to guess which portfolio or aspirant is next to be vetted.
It is also to prevent the situation where most aspirants come in their best attires only to go home because the time had not come to be vetted.
Mr Adu is, therefore, encouraging all aspirants to take advantage of the pre-information and be adequately prepared for their turn.
The Electoral Commissioner also disclosed that aspirants will be expected to do a 10mins power point presentation of their policies as part of the vetting process.
Aspirants are also required to bring along their Curriculum Vitae (CVs), certificates and other relevant documents that might be required for the vetting.
The elections zone team shall monitor closely, all activities of the commission and inform students accordingly.
