UG: Level 100 Non-Residents To Get Accommodation For Exams.

Are you in level 100?

Are you a non-resident?

Do you have a student ID card?
It’s your lucky day!!!

The Dean of Student Affairs of the University of Ghana, Professor Godfred Bopkin has announced that arrangements are currently underway to provide accommodation to student freshers without residency status for the duration of their exams.

According to the dean of students in a communiqué, students can just walk into any traditional halls including Mensah Sarbah, Legon Hall, Commonwealth, Akuafo hall (with the exception of volta hall which will be made available from the 15th of December, 2018.) with a student ID.

A subsidized amount of money will be required along with the student ID is all that will be required. This initiative came up due to the massive number of students who were unable to get accommodation this academic year and this would be an opportunity for students to avoid the stress of shuttling to and from campus during the exam season.

So, what are you waiting for grab your bags and run the nearest traditional hall of your choice!
