UK High Commission In Ghana Is Hiring A Personal Assistant – Here’s How To Apply

The British High Commission in Ghana has declared a vacancy for the position of a Personal Assitant to the Deputy High Commissioner, Tom Hartley.

The PA to the Deputy High Commissioner will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the Deputy High Commissioner’s office to ensure the smooth running of the daily and long-term commitments.

It would involve managing diaries; booking internal and external appointments and logistical arrangements (e.g. rooms; transport arrangements, refreshments; setting up teleconferences and VTCs); drafting and responding to correspondence and invitations and liaising with the drivers, Corporate Services and external contacts.

Arranging meetings and ensuring that briefings for meetings are requested and processed.

According to the hiring notice, the applicant must pay attention to detail, must be flexible and able to work accurately under pressure.

The job is a permanent position that pays USD964 per month.
