Top Ghanaian artists like Fuse ODG, Sarkodie, Stefflon Don, Joey B and Lethal Bizzle are billed to perform at the TINA Festival at the Round Pavilion of the Trade Fair Centre in Accra.
The event comes off on January 4, 2019, from 2 pm till late and is expected to reflect the colourful Afrobeat sensation that has caught the attention of the world.
The annual TINA Festival aims to promote Afrobeat music as a truly world-class music genre.
Organisers say the festival will be “populated with a market fair and activities, and in the evening there will be a concert with performances by Fuse ODG, an Afrobeats pioneer; Sarkodie, one of Africa’s greatest hip-hop artists, Stefflon Don, Joey B, Lethal Bizzle among others.”
Beyond the music and the lifestyle, the festival will also promote the continent and Ghana in particular, becoming a catalyst for tourism and investment.
Global Afrobeats superstar, Fuse ODG, helped to create the TINA Festival.
One of the leading pioneers of the sound, he has been using his music and influence to promote Ghana and Africa in a way that has never been done before. He is famous not only for his music and helping the rise of Afrobeats world-wide but also for his tireless commitment to change the wrong perception about Africa.
Fuse ODG’s efforts to spread this message have enabled him to connect with a variety of artists worldwide. He earned his first Grammy Award last year.
