The most awarded African rapper, Sarkodie was treated unfairly last year when he joined other African musicians to perform at the One Africa Music Fest in Dubai.

Though Sarkodie had travelled with his crew to Dubai and was waiting his turn backstage to perform, the Nigerian musicians didn’t allow him to do that.

They kept going on the stage unannounced hence Sarkodie’s inability to show up on the stage to give his fans a good time.

When the incident happened, Shatta Wale moved to Sarkodie online and accused him of putting his brand in jeopardy.

Sarkodie is not allowing past events to define him…

In August this year, he joined Wizkid and others to perform on the One Africa Music Fest stage in New York City.

Wizkid, Davido, Stonebwoy, Tekno, Tiwa Savage, Diamond Platnumz and others are due to perform at the same event that will be held at the Festival Arena, Dubai Festival City.
