After almost a month of ghosting all of us, Nana Appiah Mensah is back right where he left us – doing media engagement while his gold dealership firm Menzgold remains shut with customers struggling to get their investments and extra values.

Though business has been tough for Nana Appiah Mensah, who is affectionately called NAM1, he remains optimistic and upbeat about the future of Menzgold, though government officials have publicly stated that the company will never operate again.

In an interview with his Zylofon Media FM, Nana Appiah Mensah apologised to the Menzgold customers who are still unsure about the status of their investments.

According to NAM1 he empathised with them and “it is unfortunate this has happened and we feel your (customers) pains”.

He, however, went ahead to ask his customers to have faith in the firm and trust that their investments are safe.

He also entreated all current customers to migrate their investments to the online platform they have created.

According to him, the online system functions properly.

“If you do that now, you’ll get some extra value (money) just in time to enjoy Christmas,” he said.

Well, we’ll be here waiting for Menzgold 2.0 to happen…
