VIDEO: Road Accident Survivor Stonebwoy Says The Leaders Don’t Care About Ghanaians

Stonebwoy is a road accident survivor.

He was once involved in a car accident which claimed the life of his twin sibling. The accident rendered him disabled for a long period until he finally went through a successful corrective surgery.

So know you that with the Tema Motorway in such a deplorable state with massive potholes and no streetlights, the Ashaiman hood native can relate to it.

“Road accident is a major contributor to the numerous lives lost annually; leaving many disabled in our dear developing country where quality health care is another wahala..,” he wrote on Instagram.

“Boss kindly fix our roads… Esp!! #AccraTemaMotorway and other roads that need to be fixed with regards to lighting, footbridges, road markings, visible signage Etc..,” he said.

One way or the other, he said “We Are All Victims” and it is the honest truth.

Just a day after the residents of Madina Adenta took to the streets and blocked access to the highway following the death of a schoolgirl caused by a speeding vehicle, the government did not only promise to fix the footbridge but they also got the streetlights working again.

It had to take 193 people to die on that road before the government knew it had a responsibility to the people.

Already, some motorists who use the Tema Motorway have started a civil obedience campaign to refuse to pay the Tema motorway toll until the government fix the road.

That has already gained massive support from Ghanaians, celeb and everyday people alike.
