This is the Ghana music version of the popular saying; when two elephants fight, it is the grass that suffers.
Our man, M.anifest has been hyping his new track ‘FineFine’ for some time now. He really did put his back into making and hyping this song. He would end his tweets with FineFine hashtag.
However, last Saturday, he officially announced that he would be dropping ‘FineFine’, featuring Olamide.
From all indications, FineFine was supposed to get people talking the moment it drops.
But M.anifest’s undoing was Shatta Wale, who chose to diss Sarkodie and called him a poor man.
Meanwhile, Shatta Wale was also preparing to release the visuals of his ‘Mind Made Up’ song today.
A little about 11 minutes after Shatta Wale released his song and hours after M.anifest released his ‘FineFine’ song featuring Olamide, Sarkodie also dropped ‘Advice’, an alleged diss track to Shatta Wale.
Since Sarkodie released ‘Advice’, his bars have been killing Shatta Wale fans and social media chatter is all about Shatta Wale and Sarkodie.
In the song, Sarkodie said someone can’t buy one tear rubber Rogue with all his bragging – now we all know who the Opana is.
Since then, Social Media has been going crazy over the killer bars in ‘Advice’.

Even the trends list on Twitter is all about Sarkodie and Shatta Wale – M.anifest is MIA.
The first 6 trends are all because of Sarkodie’s Advice.
We couldn’t help but notice how M.anifest has been drummed out of the social media discourse that normally comes with the release of a new song.
Sarkodie has pulled a class act of killing two birds with one stone.
He has succeeded in murdering Shatta Wale, all the same succeeding at drowning the latest song of his rap rival, M.anifest.
Nobody is talking about M’anifest’s ‘FineFine’ and everybody is trolling Shatta Wale in favour of Sarkodie.
The big loser here is M.anifest who has spent more resources (money and studio time) to push his song.
We hope after the Sarkodie and Shatta Wale beef die down, people will start talking about ‘FineFine’.
In fact, you can jam to it now…
But damn… Sarkodie just overshadowed everybody and he is getting all the accolades on social media.
