Users Of AirtelTigo, Vodafone And MTN Demand Better Services As Charges Are Set To Go Up

If one is paying more for the same service then the quality of the service must also be improved.

Prices and quality products or service go hand in hand.

It’s not surprising that after we told y’all about the intentions of the three telecommunications companies to increase their charges, users have also automatically started to demand better services.

Though telecommunications services have improved from time past, users are still experiencing call drops and irregular call service in certain parts of the country.

People are still complaining about data ‘theft’ on the part of the service providers.

Sometimes when you need the data services or voice call the most, it will just not be available and service providers do not offer any explanation to users.

Ghanaians have had to put with a lot of challenges from the telecommunication companies. So now people are saying, if you’re gonna increase prices then you better be offering great service.
