Yerrz ‘lazy’ peeps, you ain’t gotta worry no more! Kuulpeeps has definitely gotcha! No doubt these are absolutely simple and applicable hacks that will get you in shape at your own stride. Read on guys…
●Don’t worry your head off about the workout bit until you’ve created a habit of setting aside some time every day for it
●Go on walks during long conversations: Without even realizing you’d get an hour or more of exercise at a time when really you’re doing nothing.
●Create a couple of awesome pump up playlists filled with ‘tunnel’ songs. If you don’t know what they are? Then tunnel songs are songs that are played by athletes when they are walking out of the tunnel into the field. These songs will get you pushing but you could plug in your earphones for that extra push.
●Try to do just ten push-ups and ten sit-ups every day, even if they aren’t consecutive.
●If you’re looking for some inspiration you could find others who share in your interest be it on social media or wherever
●Power down your technology devices an hour before you want to go to bed. This one might come across as almost impossible but really you’d get more sleep which is important for getting in shape
●Don’t force yourself to do something you absolutely hate. C’mon guys instead of literally forcing yourself to get on the treadmill when you actually do not enjoy it, try doing something you actually enjoy like swimming, going on a hike. If you actually have a good time while you’re exercising, your brain will associate the activity with positive thoughts and make you more likely to do it again in the future.
●Do your research and go into every workout with a plan. If you’ve successfully motivated yourself to work out, you want to make the most of the opportunity by having a routine already in mind. That way you’ll be able to efficiently go from exercise to exercise without having to stop in between to come up with what you’re going to do next. Not only will that break your momentum, but it will also give you the chance to call it quits, and that isn’t right as well
●Practice positive self-talk and seriously be kinder to yourself.
We reckon you’re psyched up to begin working out already!! Yaaas, Let’s do this!
