The rap icon was pronounced dead after a drive-by shooting 22 years ago but many fans still refuse to believe he was killed.
And Michael Nice is adding fuel to that fire, by claiming the iconic musician is alive and well in the Caribbean.
The Brit claims he was part of a security team that helped the rapper escape Las Vegas and sent him on his way to Cuba.
Michael is among conspiracists who believe Tupac is hiding on the island.
Tupac’s fellow rapper Suge Knight first discussed the idea during an interview with TMZ.
He questioned: “Why you think nobody been arrested if they said they the one that killed Tupac?
“Because Tupac is not dead. If he was dead, they’d be arresting those dudes for murder.
You know he’s somewhere smoking a Cuban cigar on an island.”
According to Michael, he and his brother spent the late 1990s working as security for far-left political party The Black Panthers – a movement Tupac’s parents Adeni Shakur and Billy Garland were involved in.
He details that the group received information that a hit had been put out for Tupac’s head and Michael’s job was to evacuate him from the US.
On September 7, 1996, Michael revealed he received confirmation that his client had been shot during an ambush and his life was in serious jeopardy.
Days later, he says he was tasked with extracting the rapper out of the country before someone finished the job off.
Daily Star Online previously revealed how Michael supposedly aided the Hit Em Up singer to get to Barbados.
And now it has emerged that may not have been the end of the journey.
“It was me, my bother, the pilot, Tupac as the co-pilot and two Panther guys on the jet,” Michael revealed.
“We took off and immediately knew we were safe, we felt good and it was like escaping from prison.
“There were hugs and handshakes when we finally managed to get him to Barbados.
“We helped him escape and it was the best feeling.
“Then my brother helped him get to Cuba from there.”
According to official reports, Tupac died on September 13 after suffering internal bleeding from the gunshot wounds.
But Michael says they swapped the body and paid the hospital off.
It is not the first time conspiracy theories have claimed this to be untrue, though.
Back in February, a theory emerged the rap legend could be hiding in Somalia.
And more recently a photo came to light, that could prove he really is still alive.
