These Old Ghanaian Hits Were Sampled By A Super Talented Artiste And…You Need To Hear It!!

Daddy Lumba, Daasebre Dwamena and all the other oldie goldies gave us serious jams back in the day.

Not just them tho, there are a whole lot of music icons who made the 80s, 90s and more, lit with their music, all over the world!

Their music was and still is so good that it’s normal to see the new age musicians, sampling the old gems.

We went digging, as usual and guess what we found?

An artiste by the name Wusu. Know what he did? He sampled our favorite oldies, sprinkled some modern flow into it and made a powerpuff girl he called Red Red. The Red Red EP was released last year and was basically a tribute to some amazing artistes here in GH.

Badda (Daasebere Tribute)

He sampled Daasebere’s ‘Korkorkor’ and all we have to say is, grab your speakers charley!

On this song, he sampled DL’s ‘Aben Waha and it’s a big vibe!’

Odo ft Sista Brago

Yeah Wusu is a genius! This song samples Kofi B’s ‘Mobrowa!’

Anything ft Sister Brago

Nana Quame’s ‘Atia Donko’ was sampled here and yes please we love it!!

Soko ft Morgan

Wusu sampled Amakye Dede’s ‘Akwadaa Wesewa’ and it’s just amazing!!!!!!

You’re as blown away as we are right? This work of art was genius and we slept on it!! You should stop for a second and follow him on Soundcloud OfficialWusu ,Instagram @OfficialWusu and Twitter @OfficialWusu
