Menzgold CEO Nana Appiah Mensah Alleges Sabotage After Some Menzgold Customers Agitated Yesterday

The CEO of Menzgold, Nana Appiah Mensah is again airing his frustrations on social media as he always does whenever any of his most prized possessions come under attack.

Yesterday, there were reports that some of the customers of Menzgold were frustrated and made their voices heard by the company’s management after Menzgold failed to pay them their dividends.

The gold dealership said delays in the payment of extra value [dividends] to some clients have come about as a result of a systems upgrade, assuring clients that there is no cause for alarm.

The company explained that it is changing its system from the counter-top payment of extra value on the precious metal to payment through banks, adding the new changes are to make operations faster, myjoyonline reported.

However, the CEO took to Instagram this morning to lash out at an individual and/or group of people he believes are deliberately sabotaging his business.

It goes without saying that Menzgold has been on the radar of the Bank of Ghana for some time now, with the BoG releasing a number of press statements warning Ghanaians not to engage in business with the company.

Though Nana Appiah Mensah was recalcitrant at first, he later changed his stance and resolved to work with the Bank of Ghana.

After yesterday’s turn of events, Nana Appiah Mensah believes someone is causing his misfortune.

“What shall it profit a man? When he intentionally & covetously causes disaffection with the motive of the destruction of another man?” Nana Appiah asked in his Instagram post.

“When our times are over, this scramble for materialism would not matter, what would is the pride borne out of our actions & inactions today, that our children would feel with the mention of our names.”

He said “Menzgold is focused” and that “we are curing the purported defects once and for all with new measures. Let’s Support & peacefully co-exist.”

With BoG’s warning any time there seems to be unavailability of funds at Menzgold is bound to send chills down the spines of its customers.

Maybe until Bank of Ghana comes out to publicly approve Menzgold, dealing with the company will continue to be regarded as an extreme risk.

Peace….love Ghana
