Queen Elizabeth II Pays Tribute To Kofi Annan

The late Kofi Annan was by far the most illustrious and globally known Ghanaian.

His passing last Saturday made global headlines – Presidents and Prime Ministers led in paying tribute to the man who once led the United Nations.

Joining the long list of world leaders who have paid tribute to Kofi Annan is the Queen of the United Kingdom, Queen Elizabeth II.

The British Monarch and her husband who have met Kofi Annan a countless number of times sent a private message of condolence to Kofi Annan’s widow, Nane Maria Annan.
