John Dramani Mahama, former president of Ghana, has formally declared his intention to contest for the flagbearership position of the National Democratic Congress.
Mahama’s letter of intent was delivered today on his behalf at the NDC headquarters at Adabraka in Accra.
John Dramani Mahama went ahead to tweet this:
“I have submitted my letter to the General Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC) confirming my decision to contest for the leadership of the party with a clear view on victory in 2020, with your support”

The flagbearer for the NDC will be elected on December 7, 2018.
