The Univerisity Students’ Association of Ghana (USAG) has reportedly called off tonight’s Face of USAG beauty pageant after two contestants drowned in the sea at Cape Coast.
One of them, Lily Ampofowaa Asiedu, a level 400 Business Administration student, was confirmed dead after her body was retrieved from the sea.

However, the body of Sara Kwarteng, a student at the University of Education, Winneba (Mampong Campus) who also drowned has not been found.
With all these going on, the organizers of the Face of USAG 2018 have decided to call off the final pageant that would have been held today at the University of Cape Coast.
A source said the organizing team has indefinitely postponed the final show.
