Now it is time to get busy and get those suitcases ready. The Ashesi Community can wait to welcome you to the hill.
As such, Kuulpeeps has put together a packing list to make packing much easier for you to do. All you have to do is go through the list and check.
Toiletries – bathing soaps, sponge, and bag, bathroom slippers, bucket and pail, towels, hair net, toothpaste, toothbrush, mouthwash, shaving sticks and cream, wipes and pads, tampons, bathing disinfectants(Dettol), cotton swabs, toilet rolls, air refreshers, hairbrush, mirror, nail clippers.
Laundry – washing soaps and detergents, bleach, pegs, softeners, laundry basket, pressing iron, washing fragrance.
Clothing – duvet, bed sheet, jeans (longs and shorts), sneakers, belts, bras, socks, underwear and briefs, flat shoes, purse, wallets, wristwatch, heels, flats, sporting wears, socks, tanks, tees, suits ( any corporate attire).
Kitchen – hot plate or electric burner, rice cooker, toaster, refrigerator, cutlery, hot pots and pans, microwave, blender, knives, plate racks and plates, napkins, cling films and foil, tissue paper, mugs and cups, cleaning sponge and detergents, tray.
Stationery – notepads, pen and pencils, math sets, calculator, backpack, diary, journal, high school textbooks (comes in handy in first semester), official paper, novels and magazines.
Tech – smartphone, laptop, kindle, power bank, thumb drives, gaming controllers and consoles, charger, extension board and adapter
Meds – allergy meds, painkillers, multivitamins, repellants
Miscellaneous – umbrella, raincoat, sewing kit, identity cards
For students on campus, you don’t have to bring along any electrical appliance.
