A former student of Pope John’s Senior High School and the University of Ghana Business School, Desmond Bredu has won 3 ACCA awards (P7, F8 &P1).
Winning these three awards makes Desmond the first Ghanaian to win all three awards in Advance Audit and Assurance, Audit and Assurance and Governance, Risk and Ethics Examinations respectively.
Out of about 12k plus candidates, Desmond Bredu placed 2nd in Advanced Audit and Assurance at the March 2018 examination sitting, 10th in Audit and Assurance in March 2017 examination sitting, and 15th in Governance, Risk and Ethics at the September 2017 examination sitting in the Worldwide rankings.
However, he won the first place awards for all the papers mentioned above in Ghana’s rankings.
Desmond is an operation and investment analyst at Stanlib, the investment wing of Stanbic bank. He will write his final paper in September 2018.
