On Wednesday (July 11), Cardi B officially announced on Instagram that she and her husband, Offset have welcomed their first child together.
“Kulture Kiari Cephus 07/10/18,” wrote Cardi regarding her baby girl. (Fans are speculating that the baby’s name is a possible reference to Migos’ 2017 album Culture.)
According to TMZ, Offset was present at the hospital with his wife when she first gave birth.
Last April, during her performance on Saturday Night Live!, Cardi B revealed her pregnancy.
While the caption was short and sweet, Cardi’s picture was grandiose. Unlike Beyoncé’s Instagram-shattering picture in 2017, Cardi is wearing no clothes while flaunting her baby bump.
Swarmed by dozens of colorful flowers, the Bronx MC can be seen sporting a curly afro, all while covering her breasts with her hand.
