Therese was later arrested and charged with 3 federal misdemeanours, to which she pleaded not guilty.
She was released yesterday, on her own recognizance after going in front of a federal judge with a new court date in August. August 3rd to be exact.
After her release, she held a press conference alongside her lawyer, Rhiya Trivedi where she gave a statement based on a speech by Michelle Obama; whom she stated she admires so much.
