First of all, a huge congratulations to the first batch of graduating students from the University of Ghana, Legon.
This July, the first batch of graduating students will have their ceremony at the Great Hall on July 20th and July 21st.

All graduating students attending the ceremony are to register online and make payment within the period of July 9th – July 17th, 2018. This registration should be done before any payment is made to avoid complications.

After checking and registering, an invoice will be generated for payment of the congregation fee of GH¢ 250.00. Payment can be made in two ways:
i. Online Payment on the graduation registration page(VISA/MasterCard/MTN Mobile money/Vodafone Cash) – reflects instantly. Meaning you can pick up your academic gown, etc. immediately
ii. You can also pay at any branch of Ecobank Ghana Limited. This will have to be processed within 24 hours meaning you get to pick up your academic gown the next day.
Students with outstanding bills are to go to the Students Accounts Office immediately to settle them to be able to register.
Finally, remember to take your Student ID and take evidence of payment to your College/School collection point to pick up your academic gown, souvenir and invitation cards.
NB: The deadline for registration for the graduation congregation is on TUESDAY, 17th July, 2018 at 12:00 MIDNIGHT!
