The Royal Beads Came Down From Their Hilltop To Keep Fit On AU Day

A fitness health walk was held by the old girls of Aburi Girls’ Senior High School on the AU holiday.

The walk was aimed at helping old girls to interact with the students.

The walk started from the Ayimensah Toll Booth to the school.

Aside from the walk, there was also aerobics and a health screening.

The aerobic exercise happened in the school right after the walk, to help keep fit and to aid in interaction.

On the other hand, the health screening was done to help the ladies check their current health status.

There was a lot of music and fun throughout the event. There was also breakfast for everyone present and a lot more of fun activities.
