PURC Has Just Made Their Communication Channels A Lot Easier For Folks Like Us

Looks like everyone wants to find the easier options these days.

That is one of the advantages social media has and the Public Utilities Regulatory Commission (PURC) doesn’t want to miss any chances to effectively communicate with their customers.

To ensure the effective engagement with the general public and other stakeholders, the PURC has added WhatsApp numbers to the existing communication channels of all their Regional Offices.
