A year after the handbag wahala from the 2017 Finals of the National Science & Maths Quiz, Dr. Elsie Effah Kauffman returns this year with a Paper Bag instead.
So what actually happened last year was, Dr. Kauffman’s black handbag which contained her car keys, ID cards, keys to her room, cash and other valuables was stolen during the presentation ceremony.
