
After watching the 5:0 Russian victory over Saudi Arabia in the World Cup opener, you’re probably disappointed Ghana didn’t make it to the World cup but there’s one person who keeps raising the flag of Ghana high.
Meet Senyuiedzorm Awusi Adadevoh a Ghanaian sports photographer, she’s currently in Russia taking coverage of the World Cup tournament.
Senyuiedzorm Awusi Adadevoh (born in Dzelukope, Volta Region of Ghana) is a Ghanaian sports photographer and photojournalist based in Accra, Ghana.
She started photography in 1999 but went more into sports photography in 2005, where she shot her first football match at the Accra Sports Stadium.
She then started working on the senior national football team of Ghana, the Black Stars from 2008.
She has travelled the world shooting major sporting events and is the founder of Solvers Ghana, which is made up of ImagesImage & ImagesImage.com (a photo bank where they provide images from Archeology to Zoology with specialisation in SPORTS) a photography company, Sports Unlimited ( A photo journal’s mission to give a comprehensive photo reportage on sports men & women of Africa decent, sports events of Africa origin) and Society Unlimited (Provides exclusive photos of the finest in Showbiz, Fashion Trend, Business, Politics & the Academia in Ghana and beyond) .
She was present to take coverage of the 2014 Brazil Fifa World Cup.
With her passion and dedication for the job, she has earned the nomination for the Avance Media Top 50 Most Influential Young Ghanaians in 2017
