Waking up early to go to school or to work is the most difficult thing to do. It is like when it’s 4 am that is when sleep tells your brain this is the best time to actually sleep.

If that one is a struggle, how much more waking up early enough to work out and make it in time for work.

The nice thing here is that there are some workout routines that you can do without stepping out of your bed.
