Concentrating on just a particular type of food and staying away from the others will deprive you of the nutrients that you need from what you are actually staying away from. Most of the time this habit of abstaining from certain types of food makes you lose weight short term and then you find yourself back in square one. That might actually be the most absurd thing that we have heard. There is no way you can choose just a specific part of your body to lose weight. What would you be doing with the rest? While eating too much of anything, even healthy foods can undermine your weight-loss efforts, eating a few pieces of fruit each day as part of a healthy, balanced diet will not cause weight gain. Fruits even though they contain natural sugar, they also contain fibre, vitamins and minerals that are good for your health. What you really need to watch out for is the sugars in foods like salad dressing and ketchup.

First of all, you didn’t gain the weight in three days so you definitely won’t lose it in three days. You’ve done all the right things to lose weight: you’ve stopped eating junk food and you eat healthy now but you still haven’t seen any difference when you step on your scale.
