These students followed through with the law and they are getting everything they wanted.
The Twenty-two students of the University of Cape Coast (UCC) who were suspended by the university have been recalled to resume studies.
Other students that have already completed their studies are to be issued with their certificates after the academic board of the University approves at its next sitting this week, Myjoyonline reports.
The decision by the University of Cape Coast is in compliance with the interim orders of the Court of Appeal dated April 16, 2018.
Aside from their reinstatement, the university has also been ordered to pay damages to the tune of GHs10,000 to the students.
The University wrote to the students through their lawyer to take note and to inform the students accordingly.
