In 2017, B4bonah became a well-known name in music for his hard work, new sound and different style. 2017 started off with his hit Dear God, which he later remixed featuring Sarkodie, and took off from there with My Girl featuring King Promise and Devil Is A Liar. B4Bonah was born in Tema at the Tema General Hospital to Steven Kwabena Bonah and Juliana Appiah. He was raised in Tema with his three siblings Vaness Bonah, Kwame Bonah and Sandra Bonah. Growing up, he was his dad’s favourite and his mum’s best friend. He was already pleasant from his early childhood until this very moment. Exhibiting traits of his father’s artistic side, B4bonah was very creative with a pencil in his hands and could do a really good job with a pack of crayons. B4bonah lost both his parents at a tender age where his auntie Alice took care of him from then. B4bonah attended Saint Ann’s Int., Creator Schools, and Chemu Senior High. As a child, B4bonah was active and always full of life. He was very creative and involved in many school programs including cultural dancing, football, Taekwondo, and painting. In school, he was known as a class clown and was loved by many. B4bonah’s career with music began with dancing in Junior and Senior high. He became very well known for his dancing all around Tema. Dancing was the gateway that brought him to music.

B4bonah’s musical influence grew while listening to UK artiste’s like Wretch 32 and others. In 2011, he released ‘Let’s Party’ which became a hit throughout Tema. After seeing the success of ‘Let’s Party’, B4bonah started working more on his music. He began recording his own material with his music producer friend, Zodiac Beats. In 2015, B4bonah signed with MimLife Records and has been under their management since.
