Anas Aremeyaw Anas Presses On With The June 6 Premiere Of Number 12 Despite Calls For A Ban

Anas judges sacked

For Anas Aremeyaw Anas, showing his Number 12 titled investigative report on June 6 is a ride or die affair.

Since the news broke that the President, H.E Nana Akufo-Addo has ordered the arrest of the President of the Ghana Football Association, Kwesi Nyantakyi following a preview of Anas’ video – all hell has broken loose.

It has created two schools of thoughts and sharp divisions among opinion leaders in the country.

One team believes that we need to expose the corrupt high ranking personalities in Ghana and hold them accountable for their actions. This should be done whichever means necessary… This makes the Anas mode of operation and reports much welcome.

Others also believe Anas’ methods are not right and that his Number 12 investigative report should not be allowed to be shown to the public. In effect, the June 6 premiere should be banned.

Even NPP’s Kennedy Agyapong has gone on the record to rebuke Anas and called for a ban on the Number 12 premiere. He has even threatened to release photographs of Anas if the report is premiered as planned.

Knowing the extraordinary lengths Anas goes in his report, we don’t fancy these threats are getting to him.

Well, we are not guessing… we know for sure that Anas has a thick skin and those threats are not discouraging him.

To show or not to show?

A couple of hours ago, Anas shared a teaser video with his 65.6K Twitter followers, effectively confirming that June 6 is a date.
