GIJ: Some Very Important Points To Note Before You Start Your Exams

Kuulpeeps, we’ve got exactly two weeks to go. The pressure is high, the library is filled, a lot of people are learning outside. But hey, relax just take a deep breath and don’t allow the pressure mess with you.

Those who are still waiting to burn the midnight candle the previous night to the paper, it’s time you start learning now.

We’re here to remind you of certain things you need to have before entering the examination hall.

There’s a list out on the notice board and it has the names of students who have paid their fees in full.

NOTE: If you’ve not paid your fees by now, you’d have to pay a penalty of GHS 100 in addition to what you owe.

And about the sitting arrangement.

  1. Don’t forget to bring along your ID card.

Make sure your ID card is safe, if you’ve misplaced yours too, you’d have to go to the academic affairs to get an interim one. (might come with a fee tho)

  1. Don’t forget your stationary.

If it means buying a box of pens, pencils, erasers, sharpeners, rulers and all that do so before exams start. These things have a funny way of disappearing at the time when you need them the most.

  1. Make sure you’ve got your calculators ready for action.

Yep, statistics is patiently waiting for Y’all. This is for the level 200’s, make sure you get a functioning calculator (borrowing won’t be allowed).

  1. Get yourself a watch.

Last semester those who used smartwatches, we see Y’all. This semester the supervisors are eye red. No smart watches allowed. You can get yourself a simple watch that is able to tell time.

Now all you need to do is study and ACE those papers.

GOODLUCK GUYS !!!!!!!!!!!!!!
